What you are buying
Every product on this store is a digital file. Nothing is shipped. Each volume is delivered as a ZIP archive containing image files, sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
You are buying a licence to use the artwork. You are not buying the artwork itself, and copyright in every image remains with Vellum at all times.
Your licence
We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the files you have purchased for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may:
- Use the files as wallpaper on any device you personally own, with no limit on how many of your own devices.
- Keep the files indefinitely and re-download them from your original link.
- Move the files between your own devices, including from a phone to a computer.
You may not:
- Share, send, upload, publish or otherwise distribute the files to any other person, whether free of charge or not. That includes messaging apps, email, cloud folders, forums, wallpaper apps and social platforms.
- Resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the files or any part of them.
- Upload the files anywhere others could download or extract them.
- Use the files commercially: merchandise, print for sale, advertising, packaging, NFTs or client work.
- Claim authorship of the artwork or present it as your own.
- Remove or alter any watermark, metadata or attribution embedded in a file.
- Use the files to train, fine-tune or evaluate any machine-learning or generative model.
Editing a file, cropping it or changing its colours does not create a new work you own, and does not lift any of the restrictions above.
One purchase, one person
Your licence is personal to you. If you want to give a volume to someone else, buy a second copy for them. Download links are issued per order and are intended for the purchaser only.
If the licence is breached
If you distribute the files in breach of these terms, your licence terminates immediately and you must delete every copy in your possession. Termination does not entitle you to a refund and does not limit any other remedy available to us, including claims for copyright infringement.
Liability
The files are supplied as they are. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Nothing here removes any mandatory protection you have under the consumer law of your country of residence.
