Vellum sells digital files only. Nothing is posted, and there are no shipping costs.

How your files arrive

The moment your payment is confirmed, an email is sent to the address you entered at checkout with your download link. In most cases this takes under a minute. Open the link, save the ZIP, unzip it. No account and no app required.

Buying on a phone, using on a computer

This is the most common way people buy, and it works fine. Your link goes to your email, not to a device. Open that same email on your Mac or PC and the files download straight there. You can also forward the email to yourself or save the link for later.

If nothing arrives

Check spam or promotions first, and confirm the address on your order confirmation. If it still is not there, email us with your order number and we resend within 24 hours.

Re-downloading

Your link stays valid so you can retrieve your files again later, for example after changing computers. If a link stops working, contact us and we issue a new one at no charge.
