Digital goods, delivered instantly

Everything sold here is a digital download, delivered by email within seconds of payment. Once delivered it cannot be returned in any meaningful sense, so all sales are final and we do not refund for change of mind, for buying the wrong volume, or for buying one you already owned.

Your right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately that right does not apply once delivery has begun, provided you gave express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal. By completing checkout and requesting immediate access, you give that consent.

If your files have not yet been delivered, contact us and we will cancel and refund in full.

When we will always put it right

The rule above is about change of mind, not about problems. If something is wrong on our side we fix it, and we do not argue about it:

Your download email never arrived. Check spam first, then contact us and we resend it.
Your link expired or failed. We issue a fresh one.
A file is corrupt or will not open. We replace it.
You received the wrong volume. We send the correct one at no charge.
A file is materially not as described, for example delivered below the stated resolution. We replace it, or refund that item in full if we cannot.
